If a Participant decides to not attend the event for any reason...

● DEPOSIT: The Participant will forfeit their amount of their deposit, or they may

apply it to a future Threshold Men’s Retreat.

● BALANCE: The Participant may request a refund of the balance beyond the

deposit, or apply it to a future Threshold Men’s Retreat.

● OTHER: The Event Sponsor is not responsible for any travel costs or other

expenses incurred by the registrant in association with attending this event.

If the Event Sponsor cancels the event...

● DEPOSIT and BALANCE: The Participant may request a refund of the balance

beyond the deposit, or apply it to a future Threshold Men’s Retreat.

● OTHER: If a Participant has incurred travel costs specific to attending this event,

the Event Sponsor will reimburse non-recoverable common carrier travel costs up

to $300 per registrant (receipts required).

If the event cannot be held for any reason beyond the control of the Event Sponsor...
