Integrated Compass, LLC

Andrew and David were members of the same men’s group for over a decade.  Leveraging their different backgrounds, Andrew and David have collaborated on leading and teaching about men’s growth, development, and wellness for academic groups, conferences, and leading retreats for other organizations.

In October 2023, they founded Integrated Compass and the Threshold Men’s Retreat as part of a comprehensive program of support, connection, and learning for people to live more powerful and authentic lives.

As an enterprise, Integrated Compass reflects David and Andrew’s joint vision to elevate consciousness through collaboration and partnership.
